Delete Your Itkalem Account
At Itkalem, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you would like to delete your Itkalem account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.
1 How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1 — Email Request
Send an email to:
itqadem@gmail.com- Your registered email address
- Your full name (optional)
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
Option 2 — In-App (Recommended)
- Open the Itkalem app
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request
2 What Data Will Be Deleted
- ✕ Your personal profile information
- ✕ Your login credentials
- ✕ Any user-generated content associated with your account
- ✕ Activity and usage data linked to your account
3 Data That May Be Retained
We may retain certain information if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention and security
- Financial or transaction records (if applicable)
4 Deletion Timeline
- • Account deletion requests are processed within 7-14 days
- • You will receive confirmation once deletion is completed
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all services and data associated with your account
